How to Find Cadence!

The Music Jam party is starting soon and not just the Penguin Band are coming, it turns out that Cadence is coming too! It's like a Bonus! So I am going to give you tips of how to find cadence.
Just like Rockhopper, Cadence can be at more than 1 server at any time. Here is what her player card looks like:
