Tracking Rockhopper!

Hey! Rockhopper is coming to the island soon and I'm here to track and give some tips!
Rockhopper can be anywhere at anytime! He can even be at more than 2 servers at once! It's not too hard to find him, but it isn't too easy either! You have to keep your eyes and ears open, and keep checking your twitter page for updates about where he is!
